Disney has officially announced that World of Frozen will open in spring 2026 at Disneyland Paris, giving guests the chance to step into the kingdom of Arendelle like never before.

The new land, part of the ongoing transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World, will bring Anna, Elsa, and their friends to life with attractions, dining, and immersive theming inspired by Frozen and Frozen II.

What to Expect in Arendelle

When the land opens, guests will be able to explore iconic locations from the films, including Elsa’s Ice Palace, Anna’s Castle, the North Mountain, and the bustling town of Arendelle. A version of Frozen Ever After will anchor the land, joined by food, shopping, and live entertainment offerings that celebrate the beloved stories and characters.

During Destination D23, Imagineers revealed that construction of Elsa’s Ice Palace is now complete, built from 30 separate pieces and designed to shine as the centerpiece of the new land.

Transformation into Disney Adventure World

The debut of World of Frozen will also mark the official transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World, a new identity for the park that will feature additional expansions such as a Lion King land and enhancements to Avengers Campus.

Following in Global Footsteps

Disneyland Paris’ version of World of Frozen follows in the footsteps of similar lands in Hong Kong Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, both of which transport guests into Arendelle with immersive detail, themed dining, and entertainment rooted in the story of Frozen.
