Universal Studios Florida is turning up the heat in its restaurants this fall with a lineup of brand-new dishes across three fan-favorite locations: Finnegan’s Bar & Grill, Lombard’s Seafood Grille, and Richter’s Burger Co. From hearty pub fare to coastal seafood and over-the-top burgers, here’s what you’ll want to sink your teeth into on your next visit.
Finnegan’s Bar & Grill
Magic meets the luck of the Irish with a refreshed menu at Finnegan’s, featuring three new signature dishes:
- “Black & Tan” O-Rings – Thick, hand-cut onion rings dipped in beer batter, fried crisp, and served with Irish stout aioli.
- Reilly’s Chicken Wings – Glazed with a smooth whiskey sauce and paired with celery sticks and ranch.
- Red Dragon Bacon Cheeseburger – A half-pound burger stacked with bacon, red dragon cheddar, roasted garlic aioli, red onions, and a fried pickle on a clover-branded bun.
Lombard’s Seafood Grille
For the first time in decades, Lombard’s is debuting a major new menu – and seafood lovers are in for a treat. Highlights include:
- Tuna Crudo – A ceviche-inspired plate with leche de tigre, cured tuna, avocado, giant corn, and rice paper.
- Miso Glazed Sea Bass – Served with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, and snow peas in a rich miso glaze.
- Salmon Beurre Blanc – Fresh salmon paired with arugula, parsnips, bacon, and piquillo peppers in a citrus beurre blanc sauce.
Richter’s Burger Co.
Known for its San Francisco setting and massive burgers, Richter’s isn’t holding back:
- Aftershock Burger – Angus beef topped with jalapeño bacon jam, onion straws, barbecue sauce, and melted cheese.
- Tremor Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Fried chicken with Flamin’ Hot® Cheetos® breading, pepperjack cheese, pickles, and ranch.
- Cap’n Crunch® Shake – A sweet-and-crunchy milkshake blended with Crunch Berries® and topped with cereal.
