A stunning new centerpiece has arrived aboard the Disney Adventure — a storybook castle that rises three decks high in the heart of the Disney Imagination Garden. This one-of-a-kind creation marks a first for Disney Cruise Line, transforming favorite Disney fairytales into a breathtaking work of art.
Inspired by the legendary castles found in Disney films and theme parks around the world, Walt Disney Imagineering brought this vision to life using a charming paper cut-out design. The whimsical, pop-up storybook style invites guests to feel as though they’ve stepped right into their own magical tale.
Drawing inspiration from the spirit of adventure and the beauty of the sea, the castle blends classic Disney storytelling with maritime charm. Every artistic detail — from the flowing wave patterns that frame it to the deep ocean blues that adorn its facade — pays tribute to the wonder of water, making this the very first Disney castle at sea.

At its heart sits the Disney family crest, a signature feature shared by every Disney Parks castle around the globe. Beneath it glows a stunning three-panel stained glass window, each panel dedicated to a beloved Disney heroine. These intricate designs reflect the elements of nature and the stories they represent: the water, sky, and heart of Te Fiti from Moana; the sun, earth, and Sundrop flower from Tangled; and the ice and wind that capture the magic of Frozen.
Guests will also discover plenty of “Easter eggs” tucked throughout the design — subtle nods to Disney traditions and a hidden Mickey or two for keen eyes to spot. At the base of the castle, a cascading waterfall pays tribute to the iconic Walt Disney Pictures castle that appears before every Disney film.
