Universal Products and Experiences has officially launched shopUniversal.com, a completely redesigned online store that brings the energy of Universal’s theme parks straight to fans at home. The new platform introduces a more immersive shopping experience with exclusive drops, expanded collections, and personalized merchandise inspired by Universal’s biggest attractions and characters.
The new shopUniversal site is built to feel like an extension of the parks. Guests can now browse curated collections tied to their favorite franchises, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, DreamWorks Animation favorites, classic Universal Pictures films, and seasonal park events. The redesign features faster navigation, improved search tools, and themed shopping hubs that make it easy to find park staples and new releases.
One of the biggest additions is personalization. For the first time, fans can customize select products with names or park-inspired artwork, adding a personal touch to apparel and accessories. The store also introduces made-to-order items that are produced specifically for each shopper. This approach opens the door for more creative options and supports Universal’s sustainability goals.
shopUniversal will feature an ever-changing lineup of exclusive merchandise, including limited edition drops from both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. Collections will be updated weekly, bringing new park favorites and seasonal releases to the online platform.
Just in time for the holidays, two major collections debut with the launch. The Holidays at Universal line features new seasonal Spirit Jerseys, ornaments, and themed gifts inspired by franchises such as Harry Potter, Shrek, Hello Kitty, Back to the Future, and Jaws. Fans can also shop the Wicked: For Good collection, a lineup of home goods, plush, bag charms, and apparel celebrating the world of Oz and its iconic characters. These items are available both online and in the parks.
The launch of shopUniversal marks a major step forward in Universal’s digital strategy by expanding access to its most popular brands and allowing fans everywhere to bring a bit of the theme park experience home.
