The holidays have officially arrived at Walt Disney World Resort, and the parks are glowing with twinkling lights, festive entertainment, and plenty of magical surprises. One of the most anticipated traditions each year is the chance to meet Santa Claus—and this season, the big man in red is greeting guests across all four theme parks and Disney Springs.
Whether you’re hoping to snap the perfect Christmas card photo or just want a moment to share your wish list, here’s your complete guide to where Santa will be appearing throughout Walt Disney World through Christmas Eve.
Santa’s Meet-and-Greet Locations Around Walt Disney World
This year, Santa may be found at the following locations:
- Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT
- Marketplace near Disney’s Pin Traders at Disney Springs
- Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party & Storybook Circus at Magic Kingdom

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Lights, camera… holidays! This year, Walt Disney Presents has been transformed with a brand-new seasonal display celebrating iconic Disney holiday stories. Guests can explore festive exhibits featuring props and artifacts from films such as Noelle, Babes in Toyland, The Muppets Christmas Carol, and, of course, The Santa Clause.
The theater is also showing limited-time “Holiday Shorts,” including Walt Disney’s On Ice, Pluto’s Christmas Tree, and The Art of Skiing starring Goofy. And during Disney Jollywood Nights, keep an eye out—Duffy may appear dressed as Santa!
Brand new this year, Santa himself will be greeting guests inside this festive space. Disney Live Entertainment designed the location with inspiration from the 1932 Silly Symphony Santa’s Workshop, creating a warm, toy-shop atmosphere full of nostalgia and Disney whimsy.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
Disney’s Animal Kingdom celebrates the season with global-inspired decorations, Merry Menagerie animal puppets, and the stunning Tree of Life Awakenings holiday show.
For a Santa meet-and-greet packed with humor and dino-sized charm, head to Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A. Festive touches include stockings, ornaments from resident paleontologists, and tiny dinosaurs parachuting from above—yes, really!
Santa greets guests on the Parasaurolophus Porch, making this one of the most unique and playful holiday photo spots in the park.

EPCOT
EPCOT becomes a global celebration of holiday traditions during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, beginning November 28. Around World Showcase, you’ll find international storytellers like Père Noël in France and Barn Santa in Norway.
This year, Santa meets guests inside CommuniCore Hall, complete with a winter-themed setting and an impressive Spaceship Earth gingerbread display.
For extra seasonal fun, visit The Odyssey, where Santa Goofy is ready for photos with the entire family.

Magic Kingdom Park
The Christmas season at Magic Kingdom is pure storybook magic. Main Street, U.S.A. comes alive with garlands, giant bows, a towering Christmas tree, and swirling “snoap” flurries. On select nights, Elsa transforms Cinderella Castle during the dazzling Frozen Holiday Surprise.
During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Santa appears in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, waving from his sleigh as it glides past Cinderella Castle.
Starting Thanksgiving Day, all guests—even those not attending the party—can meet Santa at Storybook Circus, now decorated for the holidays for the very first time, complete with Santa’s new dedicated meet-and-greet spot under the big top.
For even more yuletide fun, head to Adventureland to experience the Jingle Cruise, the holiday overlay of the classic attraction filled with tacky decorations and festive jokes.
Disney Springs
At Disney Springs, Santa greets guests inside his workshop near Disney’s Pin Traders, offering one of the most popular photo ops of the season.
To keep things efficient, this meet-and-greet uses a virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app. A standby line is not available, so be sure to check for multiple queue drop times throughout the day.
Creating these Santa meet-and-greet experiences takes a dedicated team of Disney Live Entertainment artists, designers, and technicians.
Senior Art Director Steve shared that one of his favorite touches is the hallway filled with vintage holiday greeting cards from across the decades—each bringing a sense of nostalgia and excitement leading up to the big moment with Santa.
Every detail, from garlands to lighting to Santa’s chair, is intentionally crafted to make each visit feel warm, magical, and memorable.
Capture the Magic with Disney PhotoPass
Disney PhotoPass photographers are stationed throughout the parks and Disney Springs, ready to capture those picture-perfect holiday moments. With twinkling décor, seasonal Magic Shots, and limited-time props, you’ll have plenty of merry options for your holiday card.
For families who want to download every festive photo, Memory Maker offers unlimited PhotoPass downloads throughout your vacation.
