-
Reopening Date: February 6, 2026.
-
Reservations Open: January 27, 2026, starting no earlier than 9:00 AM PST.

What’s New?

Culinary Director Chef Andrew Sutton and Executive Chef Clint Chin have spent the last several months evolving the menu. The new experience honors the restaurant’s 25-year legacy of California wine country excellence while introducing more global influences.
1. The Main Dining Room Expect a seasonal prix fixe menu with the option to add custom wine pairings from their world-class 1,500-label collection. For families, there is an enhanced children’s menu designed for guests ages 9 and under.
2. An Upgraded Chef’s Counter The fan-favorite Chef’s Counter is back and better than ever. It now seats up to 18 guests with a direct view of the exhibition kitchen. For the first time, these coveted spots can be booked online through the Napa Rose website.
3. The Bar, Lounge, and Patio If you prefer a more casual vibe, the Bar and Lounge have been renovated with cozy seating and a new fireplace. The outdoor terrace has also been expanded to better mimic the ambiance of a true Napa Valley estate. Best of all? The lounge and patio typically accept walk-ins (subject to availability).
The Menu Sneak Peek

Disney has teased a few “refined classics” and new innovations:
-
Appetizers: Beef Tartare with Osetra caviar and “Laughing Tiger” (a reimagined take on the famous Smiling Tiger Salad).
-
Entrees: American Wagyu N.Y. with grape fennel mustardo, and Sorpresine Pasta with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter.
-
Desserts: Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux and a “Reminiscent Valrhona Chocolate Bar.”
Know Before You Go
Don’t forget that Napa Rose is one of the few locations at Disneyland Resort with a formal dress code. While “theme park casual” is okay for some spots, you’ll want to dress to impress here to match the elegant atmosphere.
