SeaWorld Orlando is redefining what a theme park food festival can be as the Seven Seas Food Festival returns select dates January 30 through May 17, 2026, delivering its most elevated culinary experience to date.

This year’s festival goes far beyond tasting booths, featuring over 200 globally inspired food and beverage offerings, 29 marketplace huts, rotating menus throughout the season and a slate of new chef-driven and premium dining experiences designed for true food lovers.

A Rotating Global Menu That Rewards Repeat Visits

Seven Seas Food Festival invites guests to take a culinary journey across continents, with marketplace menus inspired by Italian, Brazilian, Polynesian, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, Caribbean, German and more. What makes 2026 especially unique is the rotating menu strategy. Every marketplace features at least one item that changes monthly, meaning no two visits need to taste the same.

New marketplace concepts debuting this year include Old Fashioned Milk Co., Travelers Café, Half Pipe Pavilion, Cantina, Lucky Cat, Mediterranean Wine, Brews presented by Florida Avenue Brewing Co., and Hops and Dreams presented by Wicked Weed, adding new textures, flavors and beverage-forward experiences to the mix.

Signature dishes throughout the season include lobster rolls, BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese, lobster mac and cheese, Brazilian churrasco steak with chimichurri, Huli-Huli chicken, butter chicken, shrimp and grits and Mediterranean baklava, alongside limited-time creations that rotate in and out.

NEW: A Secret Menu at Sharks Underwater Grill

For the first time in festival history, Seven Seas introduces an exclusive secret menu dining experience at Sharks Underwater Grill. Guests who know to ask at the hostess stand unlock a three-course chef-designed meal created specifically for the festival. Available daily throughout the entire event, this hidden experience is ideal for guests who love discovering off-menu surprises and elevated dining moments within the park.

NEW: Chef-Curated Wine Pairing Dinners

Taking the festival into fine-dining territory, Seven Seas Food Festival debuts a monthly wine pairing dinner series in 2026. Hosted one Saturday each month from February through May, these intimate evenings feature a five-course chef-curated menu, each course expertly paired with premium wines from renowned vineyards.

Guests can expect elevated dishes such as seared sea scallops with guava polenta, porcini-dusted duck breast and indulgent dessert pairings, all accompanied by live musical ambiance, chef storytelling, and wine expert commentary. Each dinner also includes a complimentary five-punch tasting lanyard, extending the experience beyond the table.

Craft Beverages and Local Flavor

Complementing the food program is a strong beverage focus, including curated wines, specialty cocktails and a lineup of Central Florida craft beers from breweries like Central 28, Florida Avenue Brewing Co. and Crooked Can. Beverage-forward marketplaces and wine-focused huts make it easy to pair bold flavors with the perfect sip.

Designed for Food Lovers First

With rotating menus, premium dining options, secret experiences and chef-led storytelling, Seven Seas Food Festival 2026 positions itself as one of Central Florida’s most dynamic and elevated seasonal food events, all while remaining included with park admission.
