Upcoming ‘Star Wars’ and ‘Avatar’ Movies Get Release Dates Pushed Back

When will the ‘Avatar’ sequels come out? No one knows. But what we do know is that they have once again been pushed back. Here are the new release dates that were announced today:

  • ‘AVATAR 2’ – December, 16, 2020
  • ‘AVATAR 3’ – December 20, 2024
  • ‘AVATAR 4’ – December 18, 2026
  • ‘AVATAR 5’ – December 22, 2028

Also being pushed back are the next series of unannounced ‘Star Wars’ movies:

  • December 22, 2023
  • December 19, 2025
  • December 17, 2027

Marvel’s “Black Widow” is still set for Nov. 6, and “New Mutants” for Aug. 28, however. And of course, Disney pushed “The Jungle Cruise” to 2021. And “Mulan” is no longer being released on Aug. 21 and is now delayed indefinitely.
