Construction continues to accelerate on the new Harmonious nighttime spectacular at EPCOT every day with the new pieces being installed on World Showcase Lagoon.
A few of the smaller “taco” shaped barges have been installed for several weeks now, with two more still coming. The latest installation happened overnight with the massive centerpiece barge being installed. The massive barge stands six-story-tall and features high-density water curtain, moving lights, fountains and more.
“Harmonious” will be one of the largest nighttime spectaculars ever created for a Disney park. It will celebrate the way Disney music inspires people the world over, carrying them away harmoniously on a stream of familiar songs reinterpreted by a culturally diverse group of artists from around the globe. “Harmonious” will feature massive floating set pieces, custom-built LED panels, choreographed moving fountains, lights, pyrotechnics, lasers and more.
