The moment we’ve all been waiting for – Universal’s Great Movie Escape is now officially open at Universal CityWalk! Movie lovers will enjoy these two distinct, cinematic escape adventures inspired by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s iconic Jurassic World and Back to the Future films. Each will have eight immersive environments with state-of-the-art challenges.

Crafted by Universal’s award-winning entertainment team along with escape room industry experts, this experience is not just your typical escape room. One of the hallmarks of these escape rooms is that guests must work together to complete the experience, with each one created so that the experience is enjoyable for escape room novices and experts alike. The activities are randomized, story-driven, customizable based on party size, and adjustable based on skill level and complexity.

Enter the art deco, theater-inspired venue, where you’ll immediately be swept into one of two incredible experiences – Jurassic World: Escape and Back to the Future: OUTATIME. In Jurassic World: Escape, guests are new geneticists at a secret lab on Isla Nublar, but they soon realize an apex predator has broken free, and they must do everything they can to avoid becoming prey. In Back to the Future: OUTATIME, guests are transported to a museum in 1993, where they learn that Biff is up to his old no-good antics and has stolen Doc Brown’s newest time travel device. Guests must work together to track down Biff and save the past and future.

Tickets start at $49.99 per person. The experience includes up to six guests and may include multiple parties. Guests may also book a private experience exclusive for their party starting at $300 per group for up to eight people. Tickets can be purchased at www.universalorlando.com.
