TRON Lightcycle RUN Opening Date Revealed

UPDATE – Disney World officially announced today that TRON Lightcycle RUN will open at the Magic Kingdom on 4/4/2023.

  • On April 4, guests will enter the Grid and climb aboard their very own lightcycles on TRON Lightcycle / Run, one of the fastest coasters in any Disney park. As part of Team Blue, guests compete against fierce Team Orange to be the first to race through eight Energy Gates in a dark, computerized world.

Disney World recently shared a cryptic message on their social media channels that looks similar to a TRON scoreboard with some rather interesting numbers in it.

Let’s take a look at just what these numbers are:

  1. TRON video game high score
  2. (Possible Magic Kingdom TRON: Lightcycle RUN opening date?) 4-21-23?
  3. TRON: Legacy release date
  4. Jeff Bridges birthday
  5. Magic Kingdom’s opening date
  6. Disneyland opening date
  7. Original TRON release date
  8. ????
  9. Shanghai Disneyland’s grand opening date
  10. Possible Cast Member preview date with the “CM”? 4-8-2023?

We have to mention, this is purely online speculation, and nothing has officially been announced yet by Disney World. Does anyone know what the number 8 is? Or does anyone have any other guesses for the other numbers? Let us know! We will let you know when we hear an official opening date!
