EPCOT Festival of the Holidays Returns November 27 with Fan-Favorite Traditions

Disney has officially announced that the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will return November 27 through December 30, bringing back one of our favorite events of the year.

If you’ve never visited EPCOT during the holidays, it’s easily one of the most festive times to experience the park. Between the decorations, seasonal food, live entertainment, and holiday traditions from around the world, it somehow manages to feel both festive and uniquely EPCOT.

This year’s festival will once again feature the beloved Holiday Storytellers throughout World Showcase, sharing holiday traditions from countries including Mexico, Norway, Italy, France, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

The fan-favorite Candlelight Processional also returns to the America Gardens Theatre, alongside JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season and the Voices of Liberty Dickens Carolers.

Of course, no Festival of the Holidays would be complete without the Holiday Kitchens, the Holiday Cookie Stroll, and the beautifully decorated Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses overlay. Guests can also enjoy the returning Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition scavenger hunt and Spaceship Earth’s festive nighttime lighting package.

Honestly, this has become one of those festivals we look forward to every year. It’s a little less hectic than Food & Wine, the entertainment is outstanding, and there’s just something special about strolling World Showcase with holiday music, seasonal snacks, and Christmas decorations around every corner.

Disney says more details, including this year’s Candlelight Processional celebrity narrators, dining packages, and the full Holiday Kitchen menus, will be announced later this year.
