Honoring the spirit of Día de los Muertos, Plaza de la Familia returns to Disney California Adventure Park from August 21 to November 2, 2026. Inspired by the Disney and Pixar film Coco, this celebration focuses on the everlasting bonds of family through vibrant displays, interactive experiences, and lively live entertainment.
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party

This separately-ticketed, after-hours event returns to Disney California Adventure on select nights from August 18 to October 31, 2026.

- New Addition: The 2026 season introduces “Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party,” a celebration inspired by the classic attraction.
- Ticket Information: General public sales begin June 18. Early access is available for Inspire Magic Key holders starting June 16, followed by all other Magic Key holders on June 17.
Late Summer Entertainment Updates

As the resort shifts into its fall programming, visitors can catch a few additional favorites for a limited time:
- August 10–20, 2026: The “Paint the Night” parade and “Wondrous Journeys” will continue to run.
- August 10 through the Halloween season: “World of Color – ONE” will return to the lineup.
