Disneyland Resort is bringing back three popular entertainment offerings in 2027, including two nighttime spectaculars and the return of the “Magic Happens” parade.
The announcements were made during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event and include returning entertainment at both Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure.

“Remember… Dreams Come True” Returns to Disneyland
Beginning in February 2027, a refreshed version of “Remember… Dreams Come True” will return to Disneyland park.
Originally created for Disneyland’s 50th anniversary, the nighttime spectacular celebrates the history of the park through music and familiar moments from classic attractions. The show also features its memorable introduction by Julie Andrews.
The refreshed version will expand its projections beyond Sleeping Beauty Castle to include:
- Main Street, U.S.A.
- “it’s a small world”
- Rivers of America
The show is scheduled to run nightly with music and projections, with fireworks added on select evenings.

Original “World of Color” Returns
Over at Disney California Adventure, an updated version of the original “World of Color” will also debut in February 2027.
The show will once again feature Disney and Pixar stories including The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Finding Nemo and Toy Story, along with music inspired by the classic Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color television theme.
“Magic Happens” Returns for Summer 2027
Disneyland’s “Magic Happens” parade will return in summer 2027.
Mickey Mouse and friends lead the daytime parade, which combines elaborate floats, costumes, music and characters from stories including Cinderella, The Sword in the Stone and Coco.
There are plenty of major new projects on the way to Disneyland Resort, but it’s also great to see Disney bringing back entertainment that fans already love. Between the return of “Remember… Dreams Come True,” the original “World of Color” and “Magic Happens,” 2027 is shaping up to have a strong lineup of entertainment across both parks.
