The holiday food lineup at Walt Disney World is officially here, and our shopping list just got dangerously long. After scrolling through every item in the new Disney World holiday foodie guide, these are the five we’re counting down the days for.

1. Reindeer Sundae (Terra Treats, Animal Kingdom): Dulce de leche ice cream, espresso caramel, coconut cake, chocolate antlers, and a candy nose. It’s adorable, and it sounds like a real dessert, not just a cute one. Available Nov. 6 through Jan. 3.

2. Peppermint-Chocolate Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich (Santa’s Holiday Grove, Animal Kingdom): Double-chocolate peppermint cookie dough and vanilla ice cream, sandwiched in fudgy brownie. This is the headliner at the brand-new Santa’s Holiday Grove, which opens Nov. 13 and runs through Jan. 3.

3. Hot Cocoa Mickey (Amorette’s Patisserie, Disney Springs): Spiced milk chocolate mousse and whipped ganache inside a chocolate shell, made to look like a mug of cocoa. We’re a sucker for dessert that looks like a drink. Available Nov. 10 through Jan. 11.

4. Linzer Cookie Mousse Torte (ABC Commissary, Hollywood Studios) Layers of hazelnut cake, raspberry-blackcurrant mousse, and raspberry jam, finished with a snow-dusted Linzer cookie. It looks like a bakery showpiece, and you can mobile order it. Nov. 7 through Jan. 5.

5. Smoke and Sugar (Enzo’s Hideaway, Disney Springs): An alcoholic beverage can be a treat, right? This drink features marshmallow bourbon, chocolate bitters, and graham cracker syrup, finished with a marshmallow roasted tableside. It’s s’mores as a cocktail, with a little theater. Available Dec. 1 through Dec. 31.
