SeaWorld Orlando Offers Florida Teachers Free Admission Through September 2027

Florida teachers can once again visit SeaWorld Orlando for free thanks to the return of the park’s Florida Teacher Card, and this year’s offer gives educators nearly a full year to take advantage of it.

SeaWorld Orlando announced that eligible Florida-certified K-12 classroom teachers can receive complimentary unlimited admission to the park through September 2, 2027.

The program gives teachers the chance to visit throughout the year, whether that’s checking out SeaWorld’s animal experiences and educational programs or simply spending a day enjoying the park’s rides, entertainment and seasonal events.

How the SeaWorld Florida Teacher Card Works

Eligible Florida teachers can register online and verify their teaching credentials through ID.me. Once verified, teachers receive a SeaWorld Florida Teacher Card eVoucher providing unlimited admission through September 2, 2027.

Teachers can also upgrade the offer to include Aquatica Orlando for $49.99, which provides unlimited admission to the water park through the same September 2, 2027 expiration date.

For educators who regularly visit the Orlando parks, that’s a pretty great deal, especially considering the Teacher Card can be used throughout most of SeaWorld’s major seasonal events.

Teachers Can Bring Friends and Family for $38.99

There’s also a limited-time ticket offer for teachers who want to bring someone along.

Eligible educators can purchase up to two SeaWorld Orlando tickets for $38.99 each through ID.me.

There is a much shorter window for this particular offer. The discounted tickets must be purchased and used by October 2, 2026.

Plenty of SeaWorld Events Are Included

One of the biggest benefits of the Teacher Card is that it isn’t limited to a short promotional period. Teachers can return throughout the year, meaning the card covers a large portion of SeaWorld Orlando’s 2027 event calendar.

Here’s what’s currently planned:

• Three Kings Celebration | January 2027: A celebration of Latin traditions honoring the arrival of the Three Wise Men.
• Ocean Discovery Days | January 2027: An all-new event featuring animal encounters, hands-on activities and experiences highlighting SeaWorld’s rescue, research and animal care programs.
• Seven Seas Food Festival | February-May 2027: International food and drinks paired with live concerts and entertainment.
• Mardi Gras | February 2027: Mardi Gras-inspired food, cocktails, entertainment, and music during Seven Seas.
• St. Patrick’s Day Celebration | March 2027: Seasonal food and entertainment offered as part of the Seven Seas Food Festival.
• Cinco de Mayo | May 2027: Mexican cuisine, music and entertainment during Seven Seas.
• Viva La Música | May 2027: SeaWorld’s family-friendly celebration of Latin culture with live music, food and entertainment.
• Electric Ocean | May-September 2027: SeaWorld’s summer nighttime event featuring lights, music, entertainment and fireworks.
• Halloween Spooktacular | August-October 2027: Family-friendly Halloween festivities including trick-or-treating, characters and seasonal experiences.
• Christmas Celebration | November 2027-January 2028: Holiday entertainment, food, shopping and seasonal experiences throughout the park.

We’re especially interested in Ocean Discovery Days, since that’s a brand-new addition to the 2027 calendar and seems particularly fitting for teachers using the program. The combination of hands-on activities and a closer look at SeaWorld’s animal care and rescue work could make this more than just a free theme park visit.

Why SeaWorld Offers the Teacher Card

SeaWorld says the program is intended to recognize Florida educators while also giving them opportunities to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.

“Teachers play a critical role in shaping future generations, and SeaWorld Orlando is honored to support their efforts by providing opportunities to connect learning with real-world experiences,” SeaWorld Orlando Park President Brad Gilmour said in the announcement.

The Teacher Card also gives educators repeated access to SeaWorld’s animal habitats and educational experiences, rather than limiting the benefit to a single complimentary visit.

How Florida Teachers Can Register

Florida-certified K-12 classroom teachers can register now through SeaWorld’s Teacher Card page. Verification is completed through ID.me before the complimentary eVoucher is issued.

The SeaWorld Florida Teacher Card is valid through September 2, 2027, while the special $38.99 friends-and-family tickets must be purchased and used by October 2, 2026.

It’s always nice to see these educator offers return, but the unlimited nature of this one makes it particularly useful. Teachers aren’t being offered just one free day at SeaWorld. They can come back throughout the year and experience quite a bit of the park’s changing seasonal lineup.
