The holiday menu is returning to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs. Disney has shared a first look at this year’s lineup, which runs November 10, 2026 through January 11, 2027. Most of the dishes and drinks are brand new for the season.
The Food
Holiday Freight Rolls are egg rolls stuffed with pork, beef, and sweet potato, served with a sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce. The sweet potato and cranberry make them taste like a holiday dinner you can eat with your hands. (New)
North Pole Catch is a seafood sampler with smoked trout dip and lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes with a citrus mustard aioli. (New)
Oh Christmas Brie is crispy fried Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon. Sweet, salty, and gooey. (New)
Present Perfect Croquettes are fried turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze. (New)
Tinsel and Tender Bites are Cabernet-braised short ribs with spiced macadamia nuts over cauliflower purée. This looks like the most filling of the new dishes. (New)
A Wreath of Wellington is strip steak with mushroom duxelles, gruyère, and puff pastry, plus herbed Parmesan and a horseradish-mustard aioli.
Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs are deviled eggs with a sweet potato filling, topped with fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley.
Drinks for Everyone
Hangar Holly Jolly is the non-alcoholic option. It combines Minute Maid apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and Seagram’s Ginger Ale, garnished with cranberries. (New)
Drinks for Adults 21+
- Cranberry Apple Compass Mule: Hendrick’s Gin, apple cider, cranberry and lemon juices, and ginger beer, finished with sugared cranberries. (New)
- Frosted Passage Martini: Tito’s vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, white crème de cacao, and cream, topped with a piece of white chocolate. (New)
- Holiday Cranberry Negroni: Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. (New)
- Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight: Three spiked hot chocolates made with Joffrey’s Coffee cocoa. (New)
- Dark chocolate with Don Julio Reposado tequila, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and cinnamon syrup
- White chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord, topped with salted caramel crispy pearls and raspberry sauce
- Dark chocolate with Malibu coconut rum and Baileys, topped with coconut flakes and holiday sprinkles
Planning Your Visit
If you’re already planning a Disney Springs night out, this is an easy stop to add. The menu runs for about two months, so you have plenty of time. As always, offerings are subject to change and availability.
