Disney Festival of Holidays is returning to Disney California Adventure, and this year’s food lineup has plenty of new dishes we’re already looking forward to trying.
Running November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027, the festival features 38 food and beverage offerings inspired by holiday flavors and traditions from around the world. While several favorites are returning, we’re especially interested in some of the new savory dishes, creative desserts and festive drinks joining the menu.
We’ve gone through Disney’s newly released Foodie Guide and picked out some of the new items that caught our attention. Here are the ones we’d put at the top of our list.
Our Favorite New Savory Eats
Reimagined Beef Wellington

Location: Merry Mashups
This might be one of the most interesting new dishes on the festival menu. Disney’s take on Beef Wellington features mashed potatoes, beef jus, crispy prosciutto, mushroom duxelles cream sauce and puff pastry.
It’s a different approach to the traditional holiday dish, and we’re curious to see how all those familiar flavors come together in a festival-sized portion.
Chicken Pot Pie Wings

Location: A Twist on Tradition
Chicken pot pie meets chicken wings in this new festival creation. The wings are served with rich gravy and an herb pie crumble, bringing the flavors of a classic comfort food into something a little more unexpected.
This is exactly the kind of creative mashup we like seeing at Disney’s food festivals.
Duet of KRAFT Deluxe Mac & Cheese

Location: Holiday Duets
Can’t decide between two kinds of mac and cheese? Disney has an option for that.
The new Duet includes half portions of both the Holiday Brisket Mac & Cheese, featuring BBQ sauce and dill pickle crispy onions, and the French Onion White Cheddar Mac & Cheese with caramelized onions and garlic crouton crunch.
Both are new this year, and the sampler makes it easier to try them without committing to two full portions.
Southern Holiday Brisket Taco

Location: Studio Catering Co.
This new taco combines chipotle BBQ brisket, corn salsa, cotija cheese, and crema, served with a lime wedge.
It sounds like a solid option for anyone looking for something savory outside the festival’s main marketplaces, especially with the combination of smoky brisket and fresh toppings.
Loaded Pulled Pork Fries

Location: Smokejumpers Grill
Another new item we’re interested in is the Loaded Pulled Pork Fries, featuring seasoned fries, cranberry BBQ sauce, gochujang aïoli, pickled onions, and chives.
The cranberry BBQ sauce gives this one a holiday connection, while the gochujang aïoli should add a little heat. It’s one of the more interesting flavor combinations on the menu.
New Holiday Desserts We Want to Try
Cookie Butter & Jelly Cheesecake Tart
Location: Merry Mashups
Cookie butter has become a popular flavor across Disney’s seasonal menus, and this new dessert combines it with strawberry jam in a graham cracker tart shell.
The combination of cookie butter cheesecake and fruit sounds like a fun twist on a familiar dessert.
Red Velvet Cake Flan

Location: Paradise Garden Grill
Part of Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, this new dessert combines red velvet cake and flan, finished with whipped topping and holiday sprinkles.
It’s a creative addition to the holiday menu and one we’re interested in checking out while exploring the festival’s Latin-inspired offerings.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake

Location: Terran Treats, Avengers Campus
This new dessert features chocolate lava cake topped with salted caramel, fleur de sel, whipped topping, and fruity cereal.
The combination of rich chocolate, salted caramel, and a crunchy cereal topping definitely makes this one stand out.
Holiday Mickey Ice Cream Bar

Location: Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream
Sometimes a simple holiday twist on a classic Disney snack is all you need.
This new version of the Mickey-shaped ice cream bar is dipped in white chocolate and topped with crushed peppermint candy. It’s an easy addition to our list, especially for anyone who loves peppermint desserts during the holidays.
Festive Drinks That Caught Our Attention
TWIX Bits Iced Chocolate

Location: A Twist on Tradition
This new non-alcoholic drink combines chocolate oat milk with caramel and cookie butter syrups, topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and TWIX Bits.
It’s practically a dessert in a cup, and we’re interested to see how the cookie butter and caramel flavors work together.
Merry Berry Holiday Punch

Location: Holiday Duets
For something fruity, this new non-alcoholic punch combines strawberry purée, orange juice, blackberry and winter citrus syrups, and sweet and sour.
It’s finished with cupcake sweet cream and rainbow candy clusters, making it one of the more colorful new drinks on the menu.
Cran-Blackberry Mule

Location: Merry Mashups
This new cocktail features bourbon, cranberry juice, blackberry syrup, sweet and sour, and ginger beer, finished with a lime wheel.
The cranberry and blackberry combination feels particularly fitting for the holiday season and offers an alternative to the sweeter dessert-inspired drinks.
Don’t Forget the Returning Favorites

While we’re focusing on the new offerings, there are a few returning dishes worth keeping on your radar.
The Braised Pork Belly Adobo with garlic rice returns to Favorite Things, while the Chilaquiles Carnitas Torta is back at Paradise Garden Grill as part of Disney ¡Viva Navidad!.
The popular Cafe de Olla Cold Brew also returns to Brews & Bites, featuring Joffrey’s Coffee, condensed milk, warming spices, chocolate dulce de leche cream, and a pan dulce garnish.
And for something sweet, the Hot Cocoa Macaron and Sweet Potato Pecan Pie are both back for another holiday season.
