Disney Jollywood Nights is back at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on select nights from November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027. It’s a separately ticketed holiday party with a glitzy old-Hollywood theme, and the food and drink menu is huge, spread from Hollywood Boulevard to Echo Lake and Pixar Plaza. You won’t taste everything in one night, so here’s a shortlist of the twelve items worth planning your evening around.

The Savory Standouts

1. Yuletide Ham Popover (Fairfax Fare, Sunset Boulevard) — NEW

Honey-glazed ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry chutney piled into a house-made popover. It’s basically a holiday dinner in a bread bowl, and it’s the headliner of the savory lineup. If you want something familiar, the Holiday Turkey Popover returns at the same stop.

2. Birria Taco (ABC Commissary, Commissary Lane)

A returning favorite: shredded beef and melty cheese in a taco, served with rich consommé for dipping. It’s a bold, salty counterpoint to all the sweets on the menu.

3. Jolly Jam Slider (Backlot Express, Echo Lake)

An Angus burger slider on a Hawaiian roll with bourbon-garlic-bacon jam, smoky paprika aïoli and a kick of chili pepper sauce. Sweet, smoky, and a little spicy, and a good pick when you want something handheld.

4. Teriyaki Chicken Pot Stickers (Market, Pixar Plaza) — NEW

A light, snackable option with sweet chili aïoli for dipping. They make a nice break between heavier dishes, and they pair well with a drink from the same stand.

5. Hickory Holiday Mac (Backlot Express, Echo Lake)

Mac and cheese topped with barbecue pork, crispy onions and chili pepper sauce. Pure comfort food for a chilly night.

The Sweet Spots

6. A TWIX on a Classic Pie (Fairfax Fare, Sunset Boulevard) — NEW

Cookie bar pieces, caramel mousse and chocolate ganache on a shortbread crust, finished with whipped cream, sprinkles and a white chocolate gingerbread man. Candy-bar lovers, this one’s for you.

7. Partysaurus Rex Brookie (Market, Pixar Plaza) — NEW

A chocolate chip cookie-brownie hybrid with white chocolate ganache, rainbow sprinkles, and a sugar cookie on top. Colorful, fun and easy to share.

8. Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae (Hollywood Scoops, Sunset Boulevard) — NEW

Chocolate cake, pistachio gelato, green cookie crumbs and fudge sauce, served in a souvenir cup while supplies last. It’s a Muppets-themed treat that’s as photogenic as it is tasty. Fans of the other side of the stage can go for the Miss Piggy Strawberry Sundae instead.

Flaky croissant beignets filled with cookie butter cream and dusted with powdered sugar. Eat them warm, and bring napkins.

The Sips Worth Raising a Glass To

10. The Bauble & Bright (Tune-In Lounge, Echo Lake) — NEW

For adults 21+: tequila, Grand Marnier, white cranberry juice, glitter simple syrup, and lime, served in a souvenir cup while supplies last. It’s festive, sparkly and built for the camera.

11. Caramel-Apple Cider (Market, Pixar Plaza) — NEW version

Warm apple cider with caramel and cinnamon, topped with caramel popcorn. There’s a non-alcoholic version and one with apple pie moonshine for the grown-ups. A perfect hand-warmer while you wait for the fireworks.

12. Churro Crafted Soda (Ice Cold Hydraulics, Grand Avenue) — NEW

Churro-flavored oat milk poured over Coca-Cola with gingerbread syrup and topped with a mini churro. It’s a quirky, non-alcoholic mashup that you’ll either love or love to talk about.

  • Bing Bong Candy Lemonade (Market): a frozen strawberry lemonade slushy topped with cotton candy, great for kids.
  • Christmas Taco Cookie (ABC Commissary): cranberry cheesecake-filled chocolate cookies with white chocolate and pistachio whipped cream.

Tips for Your Foodie Night

  • Split everything. Sharing lets you try far more items, and many portions are generous.
  • Do a lap early. Souvenir cups and glasses are available while supplies last, so grab the collectible drinks first.
  • Mix savory and sweet. Alternate between snacks and desserts so you don’t hit a sugar wall by 8 p.m.
  • Save a treat for showtime. Grab a warm drink or dessert before the fireworks and skating spectacular.
